Overview:
We are looking for a talented Flutter Developer with extensive experience in Android/Kotlin/Swift/iOS development to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, while leveraging your expertise in Swift to ensure seamless integration with iOS-specific features and functionalities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
Ensure seamless integration of Flutter applications with Android/iOS-specific features and functionalities using Swift.
Collaborate with designers and product managers to define app requirements and user interfaces.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, usability, and compatibility.
Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends, and propose innovative solutions to enhance our projects.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand requirements, prioritize tasks, and deliver solutions on time.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
1-6 years of professional experience in mobile development, with a strong focus on iOS development using Swift.
Proven experience with Flutter and Dart in developing cross-platform mobile applications.
Strong understanding of iOS SDK, UIKit, and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries and APIs.
Solid understanding of mobile app architecture and design patterns.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

Experience with other mobile development frameworks (e.g., Java, Kotlin).
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
Knowledge of state management solutions in Flutter (e.g., Provider, Bloc).
Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.
