Job Description
Design, code, test, and debug software that solves customer needs
Contribute to solutions by partnering with Technical Product Managers, architects, and other developers, providing options on technical approach
Work with a wide range of systems, processes and technologies to own and solve problems from end to end
Improve engineering standards, tooling and processes
Support, maintain, and document software functionality. Make recommendations towards processes and methods

Job Qualifications

Requirements

5+ years of experience developing software applications with Java, Javascript, React, Python, PostGres (or equivalent), HTML/CSS
5+ years of experience with an agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.)
Experience developing microservices
Experience with Docker containerization
Skills for upholding best practices in engineering, security, and design
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with AWS
Works and communicates well with others
Has empathy for colleagues and customers
Able to receive and respond positively to feedback
Able to work independently
Able to effectively communicate across multiple levels in a fast-paced environment
Passionate about continuous improvements
