Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) to join our team. As an integral member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing core HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, business partnering, employee retention, performance management, and the implementation of policies and processes. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with other business functions to develop and lead an effective people strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that supports organizational objectives.

- Coordinate and support the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent to meet business needs.

- Drive systemic organizational initiatives to align with business requirements and organizational priorities.

- Foster a culture of employee engagement and address any issues or concerns that arise.

- Work closely with functional leads to understand business needs and provide strategic and tactical support.

- Collaborate with business leadership to facilitate organizational change initiatives.

- Develop and implement a communication framework that promotes ethical work culture, transparency, collaboration, development, and growth.

Job Requirements:

- MBA from a reputable business school with a specialization in Human Resources.

- 12-25 years of progressive experience in HR, with a focus on people management.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in Excel and data management.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
