Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our HR team and manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with candidates.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Recruiter or similar role, preferably in [Insert Industry].
