Position: Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and optimize machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Identify appropriate datasets for problem-solving and build ML pipelines for data processing and training.
Conduct ML experiments scientifically and analyze results for model improvement.
Deploy solutions into production and maintain multiple models for rapid experimentation.
Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring accuracy and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into production systems.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in machine learning and related technologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science, or related field.
5-7 years of experience building ML systems in a professional setting, with 3+ years specializing in natural language processing (NLP).
Knowledge of Language Modeling & NLP, with understanding and experience of LLMs preferred.
Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or R.
Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and techniques.
Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
