Job Title: Associate Product Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

Discovery & Definition:

Conduct market research to explore existing and potential markets, evaluating commercial and technical viability with a focus on usability and customer empathy.
Write product definitions, detailed PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), value propositions, and experience drivers.

Prioritization:

Utilize analytical and quantitative skills to justify requirements, understanding and prioritizing value over features.
Prioritize initiatives based on ROI, comprehending trade-offs, and negotiating with stakeholders.

Execution & Iteration:

Collaborate with design, engineering, and customer success teams to develop innovative and high-value products.
Participate in sprint activities and design workshops, facilitating the implementation of feedback loops for product performance optimization.

Adoption:

Execute strategies aimed at driving measurable growth in adoption and engagement.
Develop toolkits for sales and customer success, including product descriptions, release documentation, blogs, flyers, and website content updates.

Must-have Experience:

Managed at least one of the following products for 3+ years: AI-based solutions, CRM/Lead Management, Trouble Ticketing/Case Management, Order Management, Billing.
3-5 years of experience as an Associate Product Manager/Products Specialist.
Worked in cross-functional teams with architects, engineering teams, designers, and operations.
Customer-first product thinking, UX sensibility, and ruthless prioritization.
Advanced understanding of an organization’s strategic initiatives and objectives.
Experience with data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Product Management tools like Jira, Adobe XD, Figma, Invision, Confluence.
Good working knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint & MS Excel.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of Telecom domain is a plus.
Prior experience using AI in products is preferred.
Understanding of Product Design, Development & Marketing process, AI model development lifecycle, and knowledge of latest tools.
