Position OverviewWe're looking for an adept Full-stack Developer who has Rust experience to spearhead the transition of our existing EVM tech stack, including our vault and router smart contracts, to the Solana blockchain platform. This isn't a migration away from EVM chains; rather, it's an expansion to leverage the unique features of Solana. This position offers an exciting chance to be at the forefront of transforming how businesses handle on-chain payments with cryptocurrencies, enhancing transaction efficiency, speed, and interoperability.

Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with our engineering team to design and implement efficient and scalable solutions using Rust and Solana's blockchain framework.
Develop and maintain smart contracts, protocols, and decentralized applications (dApps) to facilitate seamless interchain payments (EVM and non-EVM).
Provide technical guidance and support to the team throughout the process, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.

QualificationsProficiency in Rust programming language and experience with blockchain development.
Solid understanding of blockchain infrastructure, ecosystem and its DEXes, including Solana and EVMs.
Experience across the stack with JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js and modern Front-End frameworks.
Experience with smart contract development and decentralized applications (dApps).
Experience with Assembly language for low-level contract optimization,
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for innovation and technology.
