Vizza Insurance Broking Services Pvt Ltd. is in search of a proficient State Head for General Insurance to oversee operations in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The role entails leading teams, ensuring operational efficiency, and fostering business expansion.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage teams to achieve set targets and objectives.
Drive process efficiency and operational excellence.
Spearhead business growth initiatives in the assigned region.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market presence.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize resources and processes.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
Act as a point of contact for key clients and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
Proven track record in team management and leadership roles.
Comprehensive understanding of general insurance products, processes, and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and decision-making.
Familiarity with insurance-related computer systems and software.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in Insurance or related fields.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned state, as required.
